The proposed excursion is led by Florian Stoll, passionate resident of the region for more than 20 years.

Upon request, a personalised quote will be sent to you based on the characteristics of your "private excursion” (choice of places to visit, number of people, departure location, distance traveled, and the season.)

Terms and Conditions

•   Are included in the rates

1.        A guide and/or driver guide

2.            Reservations at various properties, tourist sites and museums

3.            In what concerns driver guides:  fuel, tolls, parking fees, insurance for passengers and baggage when they are in the vehicle

•   Are not included in the rates:

1.        Personal expenses (meals, drinks, souvenirs, etc.)

2.            Tickets to museums, monuments and other attractions

3.            Reimbursement of any accident that may occur during visits
4.       The meal of the tour guide

Important Information:

1.  A reservation is not final until we receive a deposit that corresponds to your type of booking :

a.  With vehicle:  30% of the price of the excursion (14 days prior to the excursion)*

*  except for last minute reservations (more information upon request) 

2.  Please include all relevant details in all correspondence (your full names, date(s) and visit(s). Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a detailed confirmation letter.  A reservation is not final unitl confirmed by our company.

3.  Refund in case of cancellation:  

a.  Prior to 3 weeks before the excursion:  There is no cancellation fee

b.  Prior to 2 weeks before the excursion:  30% will be due

c.  Prior to 1 week before the excursion:  50% will be due

d.  Less than 1 week:  100% will be due

4.  Times are approximative and may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions and crowds at the sites visited

5.  The Guide or Driver/Guide is responsible for the choice of the route taken.  If a side trip or detour is requested, please add an additional charge of 1.50€ per kilometer

6.  Photos stops are on requests and are subject to security issues and time constraints. Outside of the confirmed duration of your excursion, there is an additional charge of 30€ per hour

7.  Safety is a priority.  In the event of inclement weather, your excursion will be fully refunded

8.  The company is not responsible for the unexpected closure of a site.  We will, however, try to find an alternative solution.

9.  The company can not be held responsible for accidents in public areas, when entering or exiting the vehicle, and theft of personal objects at the sites.

10.  It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink alcohol or soft drinks in the vehicle, water is allowed.  Many stops are planned for meal breaks or refreshments.

11.  Meals for the Guide or Driver/Guideare not included in the rates and average around 16€ per meal.
